About

I am currently a DPhil student at Balliol College at the University of Oxford. My thesis topic is ‘Remedial discretion in judicial review and the rule of law’. The topic covers jurisprudence, administrative law and constitutional law.

I am also Counsel (Senior Lawyer) at the Office of General Counsel, Australian Government Solicitor, specialising in Australian constitutional law and public law.

Qualifications

BPPE (Hons I), JD (ANU), BCL, MPhil (Oxon).

Admitted to the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia in 2021.
